Try and make her comfortable with you by trying to stroke her. If she backs away don't chase her, leave her to come to you. Come down to her level so you look less intimidating. If you make it clear that it's you giving her food at lunchtimes and dinner times she will soon feel grateful to you. Play with her with toys and spend a good amount of time with her every day but leave her to have some quiet space and time.

Let it adjust to your house for a bit. If you have let it roam the house to quickly that may be the reason. A blanket with smells of it's previous home might make it feel more comfortable. When you want to pick it up don't chase it. Don't make to many loud sounds when you are around the kitten. Play with it gently and quietly with a piece of string or something. Once you kitten realises there is nothing to fear from you it should be fine. :D

She's just a baby really, so give her time to adjust, and get used to you. The fact that she doesn't run away is good, but think about how you approach her when you want to stroke her. come up to her slowly and quietly, and hold your hand out in a loose fist to her nose for her to sniff. If she wipes her face on your hand take that as permission to stroke her, and stroke her gently one or twice on the side of her face. Don't stroke the top of her head as she could take this as an attack.
If she doesn't wipe her face on your hand do not try to stroke her. Go quietly away and try again later.
